PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. During product launches, sales or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
TRACKING:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Velvet Sin cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES:
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with them. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping provider first. We’re always happy to assist where we can.
DAMAGED ORDERS:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
