Every Velvet Sin order is carefully prepared, packed and sent with care.
As many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
During launches, sales and particularly busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected significant delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Standard Shipping — $9.95
Express Shipping — $14.95
FREE Standard Shipping on orders $60+
Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched and is separate from our processing time.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where applicable.
Tracking updates and delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch, however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders returned to Velvet Sin because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before they can be resent.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel appears significantly delayed or tracking hasn’t updated as expected, please contact us.
We’ll assist where we can and may ask you to contact the shipping carrier or lodge an enquiry using your tracking information.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
