HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Velvet Sin products are prepared and packed with care. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
Made-to-order press-on nails may require additional preparation time. Any extended processing time will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Velvet Sin is currently an online-only store and local pickup is not available at this time.
Orders can be shipped Australia-wide using the delivery options available at checkout.
ARE VELVET SIN PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
Our wax melts and bath products are handcrafted in small batches, while our press-on nail sets are individually prepped, hand-painted and finished by Velvet Sin.
Small variations may occur between handmade pieces — part of what makes each Velvet Sin creation its own.
HOW LONG DO YOUR WAX MELTS LAST?
Fragrance longevity varies depending on the amount of wax used, your warmer, room size and how long the melt is warmed at a time.
Once you can no longer smell the fragrance while the wax is warm, it’s time to replace it with your next temptation.
HOW SHOULD I USE VELVET SIN WAX MELTS?
Place an appropriate amount of wax into a suitable wax warmer and use according to your warmer manufacturer’s instructions.
Never add water, never leave a warmer unattended while in use, and keep melted wax and warmers away from children and pets.
ARE YOUR BATH SALTS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitive skin, allergies or known sensitivities, please review the product ingredients carefully before use.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only.
HOW LONG DO VELVET SIN PRESS-ON NAILS LAST?
Wear time depends on your preparation, application method and lifestyle.
For longer wear, carefully following the preparation and application instructions is essential. Your Velvet Sin nails can also be removed carefully and reused where their condition allows.
WHAT PRESS-ON NAIL SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Velvet Sin press-on nails are available in Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Custom sizing.
For the best fit, measure your natural nails before ordering and compare your measurements with our Nail Sizing Guide. If the standard sizes aren’t quite right, choose Custom and provide your individual nail measurements.
WHAT SHAPES AND LENGTHS CAN I CHOOSE?
Our press-on nail designs are available in Square, stiletto or Almond, with Extra Short, Short, Medium and Long length options.
Available shape and length combinations may vary depending on the design.
WHAT COMES WITH MY PRESS-ON NAIL SET?
Each Velvet Sin set includes 10 individually prepared and hand-painted press-on nails in your selected size, along with a nail preparation kit.
Please check your sizing carefully before ordering, particularly for made-to-order sets.
CAN I REUSE MY PRESS-ON NAILS?
Yes. With careful removal and proper cleaning, Velvet Sin press-on nails can be reused multiple times.
Adhesive tabs are a great option if you plan to remove and reuse your sets frequently.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect nail sizing.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR SOMETHING IS WRONG?
Please contact Velvet Sin as soon as possible after receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant.
