1. Promoter

The promoter is Velvet Sin, Bunbury, Western Australia (“Velvet Sin” or “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The September Sins promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on 2 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

The Promoter, persons directly involved in the conduct or administration of the promotion, and their immediate family members or members of their household are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible customer automatically receives one (1) entry for every complete $20 AUD spent on eligible Velvet Sin products.

A minimum eligible spend of $20 AUD is required for the first entry.

There is no maximum number of entries.

No separate entry form or additional entry fee is required.

Examples:

$20–$39.99 = 1 entry
$40–$59.99 = 2 entries
$60–$79.99 = 3 entries
$80–$99.99 = 4 entries
$100–$119.99 = 5 entries

5. Eligible Spend

Qualifying spend is the eligible product subtotal actually paid after discounts.

Shipping and delivery charges do not count toward qualifying spend.

Purchases of Velvet Sin gift cards do not count toward qualifying spend.

If an existing Velvet Sin gift card is used to pay for eligible Velvet Sin products, the eligible product purchase still counts toward qualifying spend.

Genuine custom Velvet Sin orders and invoices count where payment is completed during the Promotion Period.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancelled or fully refunded orders do not qualify and any associated entries will be removed.

For a partially refunded order, entries will be recalculated using the final eligible product spend after the refund.

If the resulting eligible spend is below $20, no entry remains for that order.

7. Prizes

There are three (3) prizes:

First Prize: $100 AUD Velvet Sin Gift Card
Second Prize: $50 AUD Velvet Sin Gift Card
Third Prize: $20 AUD Velvet Sin Gift Card

Total prize pool: $170 AUD.

Prize gift cards are redeemable for eligible products sold by Velvet Sin.

Prize gift cards do not expire, may be used across multiple eligible purchases until the balance is exhausted, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

Any unused balance remains available for future eligible purchases.

8. Prize Draw

The draw will be conducted electronically by Velvet Sin in Bunbury, Western Australia at 7:00pm AWST on 1 October 2026 using a computerised random-number generator.

Each valid entry will be represented individually in the draw and each individual entry has an equal chance of selection.

Winners will be selected randomly in the following order:

First Prize — $100 Velvet Sin Gift Card
Second Prize — $50 Velvet Sin Gift Card
Third Prize — $20 Velvet Sin Gift Card

9. One Prize Per Person

An entrant may win a maximum of one prize.

If an entry belonging to a person who has already won is subsequently selected, that entry will be disregarded and another random selection will be made until three separate eligible winners have been determined.

10. Winner Notification and Announcement 

Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with the qualifying order connected to their winning entry.

Winners will also be announced on Velvet Sin’s social-media channels using only their first name and the first initial of their surname (for example, “Zoe L.”).

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.

11. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted or a prize remains unclaimed, the prize will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of the winner’s Australian State or Territory.

Where an unclaimed-prize draw or redetermination is required or permitted, a replacement winner will be selected randomly from the remaining valid eligible entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

Any replacement winner will be contacted and announced in the same manner as an original winner.

12. Verification and Invalid Entries

Velvet Sin may verify the validity of entries and qualifying purchases.

Entries may be invalidated where they arise from a cancelled or refunded transaction, fraudulent transaction, payment reversal, manipulation of the promotion, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may request reasonable information necessary to confirm eligibility.

13. Records

Velvet Sin will maintain appropriate records relating to the promotion, including eligible entries, the final draw and prize allocation, for the period required by applicable Australian laws and regulatory requirements.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with September Sins will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, contact winners and fulfil prizes.

Winner information will only be publicly disclosed in the limited format described above unless further disclosure is required by law.

15. General

Participation in September Sins constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion is conducted to promote Velvet Sin products. Customers purchase Velvet Sin products at their applicable selling price and are not purchasing entries.

Entries have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

If circumstances outside the reasonable control of Velvet Sin prevent the promotion from being conducted as intended, Velvet Sin will deal with the promotion in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
