We want every Velvet Sin order to arrive exactly as it should.
Please review the information below before purchasing, particularly when ordering made-to-order or custom press-on nails.
CHANGE OF MIND
Velvet Sin does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose your products carefully and check all product details, sizing and selected options before completing your order.
PRESS-ON NAILS
Velvet Sin press-on nail sets are prepared and hand-painted to order based on the size, shape and length selected at checkout.
Please carefully check your nail measurements against our Nail Sizing Guide before ordering.
We cannot offer a return, refund or exchange because an incorrect size, shape or length was selected by the customer.
Custom-sized and made-to-order nail sets cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
WAX MELTS & BATH PRODUCTS
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wax melts and bath products cannot be returned for change of mind.
Please review product descriptions and ingredient information carefully before purchasing.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact Velvet Sin as soon as possible.
Where possible, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging where relevant
This helps us assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is required as part of an approved remedy, Velvet Sin will provide instructions before the product is sent back.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
